Who is Vulture?

Vulture is a shadowy vendor operating somewhere deep in Lamang — a man of myth, whispers, and war stories. No one knows his real name or where he came from, but those lucky enough to find him know this: he pays well, deals in high-tier black market gear, and moves locations every week to avoid detection.

Every Monday at 5:00 AM EST, Vulture resets and appears in one of several Major CoP locations. Players who track him down can exchange rare items, weapons, and gear for cash or trade. Some say he's ex-military, others say he's an AI gone rogue — whatever the truth, finding Vulture means payday.
